健身運動對心情短期與長期改變 exercise and acute and chronic mood changes
個體從事健身活動對心理產生立即性及長期的正負面情感反應之影響。心情是由許多情緒累積形成,由一組包含數種以上不同情緒,所產生持續性與強度不等影響的心理感受。正面情感長期的累積,會產生個體特定與正向的認知評價與價值判斷,進而塑造出成就感與幸福感的心情。因此經常性的健身運動產生對活動後正面(或負面)情緒感知,進而長期對於心情狀況增進,或是立即心情改變,扮演重要關鍵的角色。
